One-on-One Coaching is designed for bookkeepers who want help working through questions, complex transactions, workflow issues, or QuickBooks Online challenges. Instead of guessing or going down a rabbit hole, you can talk it through with someone who works in the books every day.
These are practical, working sessions — not theory.
Bookkeepers who are building their skills, taking on more complex clients, or running into situations they haven’t seen before. It’s also helpful if you inherited messy books, unusual transactions, or cleanup situations and want a sounding board before you proceed.
No question is too small and no mess is too big.
Each session is tailored to what you need help with. That might include reviewing transactions, untangling account issues, improving workflows, or walking through how to handle specific bookkeeping situations in QuickBooks Online.
We can screen-share, look at examples, and talk through options so you leave with clarity and a plan.
Sessions are held by video call and scheduled in advance. You bring your questions and examples, and we work through them together.
If we don’t use the full scheduled time, you’re only billed for the time used.
