Setting Up Accounting for Your Business

We currently are working with QuickBooks Online software to keep your financial records organized and up-to-date.   We have affiliate links that provide you with a discount on their services if you would like to set up a subscription with them.  We also have the ability to set it up 100% from our end, you just pay the discounted subscription fees. 

We work with ADP, Gusto, Paychex, and QBO Payroll for payroll services and can set you up with your choice of them.  We can enter prior payrolls for the current year and set up ongoing payroll service so that W2s are accurate at year end.  We do not include their payroll service fees in our rates.  You will pay them directly for their subscriptions.  We do have affiliate links for discounts with all of them.

Every business is unique when it comes to their set up needs.  If you need a new set of books custom tailored to your industry and set up with a payroll provider, we typically charge a one time fee of $1000 to do that for you.  We will discuss the set up fees for your unique circumstances with you and tailor them to you.
